During the holiday season, order volumes increase significantly. To ensure thoughtful, carefully packed gifts, we recommend allowing additional production and transit time. While we continue to ship daily, delivery timelines may be extended due to increased volume and carrier delays beyond our control.

• Thursday, December 18 – Last day to place orders before the studio closure

*please note that courier delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by peak holiday periods. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates once parcels in transit.

• Monday, December 22 – Last day to shop in-store at Whipple Tree Junction, Cowichan Valley, BC

• Studio Closure: Sunday, December 21 through Monday, January 5
  

Orders placed between December 19th and January 4th will be processed and shipped in order of placement starting January 5.

A note about shipping

We are now offering Flat Rate Shipping and use the fastest, most economical carriers for your specific delivery area (UPS, Purolator, Canpar).

Deliveries within Western Canada are approximately 1-2 business days.

Deliveries within the rest of Canada are approximately 2-5 business days.

*Our gift boxes are artisan by nature and made to order - we allow a lead time of 1-2 business days for production; however, gifts are typically shipped daily, Monday to Friday, for orders placed before noon (with exception during the holiday rush throughout December).

PRE-ORDER GIFTS NOW - if you would like to order your gifts now but want to wait on delivery... just add a message in the notes section with your preferred delivery date and we will hold off on shipping so it arrives at the perfect time!

SAME DAY DELIVERY - In a hurry... forgot a special occasion ... same day delivery may be an option for Vancouver Island deliveries from Monday to Friday! Contact us via email or phone for details. Delivery to Vancouver and lower mainland typically arrives next business day!
